Return and Refund Policy

 


For Refurbished Computers and Laptops

JCS 14-Day Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our refurbished computers and laptops. If your item is defective or not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be in its original condition, with:
     
    • All packaging, accessories, and documentation included
    • No signs of physical damage or tampering
    • Serial numbers intact
  • Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for returns
    (All refurbished items may show minor wear that does not affect functionality)
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse or preference changes will not be accepted

Return Process:

  1. Email support@jacksoncomputershop.com within 14 days of receiving your item
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Restocking Fee:

  • 20% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns
  • Waived only if the return is due to a incorrect item

Shipping Terms:

  • Free shipping applies to the original delivery only
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Issued to the original payment method


Warranty Support


All products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturer defects, as outlined below:

• Warranty claims must be submitted through Jackson Computer Shop.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty assessments and repairs.

• Warranty coverage includes hardware failures due to manufacturer defects only.

• Replacement or repair is provided at the supplier’s discretion after assessment.


What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse

• Cosmetic wear and tear

• Software issues or user-installed modifications


Warranty Process

To start a warranty claim:

1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Ship the product (at your expense) to the address we provide after approval.

3. Once assessed, we’ll notify you of the outcome and next steps.


Dead on Delivery (DOD)


If your item arrives Dead on Delivery (DOD) — meaning it does not power on, operate properly, or shows clear signs of damage immediately upon arrival — you must report it to us within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time.


To report a DOD item:

 

1. Photo or video evidence taken immediately upon unboxing, including:

• The outside of the shipping box (with visible label and any damage)

• The inside packaging and item placement

• Clear shots of the device from all angles

• Close-ups of the damage or issue

• Footage showing the item failing to power on or function, if applicable

2. A brief written description of the issue

3. The order number and your contact information

Note: All evidence must be submitted via email to jacksoncomputershop@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Submissions missing required photos/videos or sent after the 72-hour window may be denied.


Warranty Disclaimer:

Our warranty covers hardware functionality and performance issues only. It does not include coverage for cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, dents, or other surface imperfections. All refurbished products are fully tested and guaranteed to work, but may show signs of previous use.

 

JCS Customs – Return & Warranty Policy

    Return Policy

  •   All JCS Customs are non-refundable and considered final sale once purchased. Due to the custom-built nature of these systems and the time invested in assembly, testing, and configuration, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any JCS Custom PC.

 Warranty Coverage  All JCS Customs come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty, beginning on the date of purchase. This covers the following:

     •    Motherboard

     •    CPU

     •    RAM

     •    Storage (SSD/HDD)

     •    Power Supply

     •    Cooling Systems

     •    PC Case & Connectivity Ports  

Note: The graphics card (GPU) is excluded from the 1-year warranty due to sourcing limitations and variable supply chain conditions. However, any GPU you receive is fully tested and verified to be in working condition at the time of sale.


Warranty Limitations

  We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage after inspection if any of the following are found:     •    Intentional damage     •    Overclocking damage

     •    Liquid damage

     •    Burnt or blown components due to improper handling

     •    Tampering, part swapping, or third-party modifications that void system integrity

  If damage is found to be unintentional and within the warranty scope, we will repair or replace the affected hardware components free of charge (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).


JCS Internet – 3-Day Buyback Guarantee

We’re so confident you’ll love JCS Internet that we offer a 100% Buyback Guarantee within the first 3 days.

Terms of the Buyback:

  • If you're not satisfied within 3 calendar days of service activation, you may request a full refund.
     
  • Equipment (if provided) must be returned in original condition.
     
  • Refund includes any activation fees and the first month’s payment (if paid upfront).
     

How to Request a Buyback:

  1. Contact our internet support team at jacksoncomputershop@gmail.com or call us within 3 days of delivery.
     
  2. Return any equipment (if applicable) in-person or via prepaid label.
     
  3. Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of equipment return and account deactivation.


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.


 

T-Mobile for Business Compliance

We are an authorized partner of T-Mobile for Business and all services or equipment offered through T-Mobile-branded plans or devices adhere strictly to T-Mobile’s return, refund, and device warranty policies.

If your product or service is affiliated with T-Mobile:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase or activation.
     
  • Restocking fees may apply as per T-Mobile’s terms.
     
  • Devices must be returned in “like new” condition with original accessories and packaging.
