Why We Don’t Accept Returns for Cosmetics To keep our prices affordable and our standards consistent, we do not accept returns due to cosmetic condition. Our warranty focuses on what matters most—reliable performance and hardware durability.

Warranty Support
All products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturer defects, as outlined below:
• Warranty claims must be submitted through Jackson Computer Shop.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty assessments and repairs.
• Warranty coverage includes hardware failures due to manufacturer defects only.
• Replacement or repair is provided at the supplier’s discretion after assessment.

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse

Warranty Process
To start a warranty claim:
1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Ship the product (at your expense) to the address we provide after approval.
3. Once assessed, we’ll notify you of the outcome and next steps.
