Shipping & Order Policy

All online orders require processing time before shipment. After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

This processing period allows us to:

• Receive the device from our supplier
   
• Perform final inspection and verification
   
• Securely repackage the item for shipment
   
• Prepare tracking and shipping documentation
   

Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

• USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days after shipment
   
• Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

4–8 business days (processing + transit)

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Customers who choose In-Store Pickup benefit from a faster turnaround.

• Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 business days
   
• You will receive a notification when your order is ready
   
• Valid photo ID is required at pickup
   

🏪 In-store pickup is significantly faster than shipping and avoids carrier delays.

• Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays
   
• Shipping delays caused by USPS are outside of our control
   
• We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time
   
• Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun
